James J. Oliver
James J. Oliver is a senior partner in the firm Oliver & Caiola. He has practiced law in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban counties in state and federal courts since 1970. Mr. Oliver has been instrumental in receiving multi-million dollar verdicts in product liability, business, and international cases. He is a trial attorney in the areas of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and insurance law. He has held various committee posts in both the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He has been elected to various Who's Who's including Strathmore's Who's Who Registery of Business Leaders, the International Who's Who of Professionals, Sterling's Who's Who of Executives, and Marquis' Who's Who of American Lawyers and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is active in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and has been designated an Advocate by the National College of Advocacy.
Frank L. Caiola
Frank L. Caiola is a senior partner in the firm Oliver & Caiola. Frank has been in practice since 1968. He has successfully litigated landmark cases in estate distribution, real estate ownership, personal injury, and school children's rights. He is a member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council with extensive experience in estate administration. The former Mayor of the Borough of Norristown and recipient of the Norristown Outstanding Citizen Award from the Jaycees, Frank is a graduate of Ursinus College and the Georgetown University of Law.
